It's always nice to know folks are out there!

If you'll only have a couple of hours to spare, I would suggest hitting up the Old Market area. It's basically the historic downtown area. There are a lot of neat little shops, the buildings are beautiful and the restaurants are fantastic. Some great restaurants are M's Pub, Vivace's, Upstream Brewery and Indian Oven.

From the Old Market area, you can also head down to the riverfront and walk along the Missouri River. It's a pretty walk.

If you have more time to kill and are an animal lover, Omaha has one of the best zoos in the country.

I hope some of this helps and you enjoy your stay. I've been reading your blog ...That's great! I've been reading your blog for a couple weeks now (found you through Kelle Hampton's blog)...Georgia is super cute. And what a birth story! Your family is truly blessed.

I'm traveling to Omaha for business this Thu - Sat. I've never been before. Do you recommend anything in particular? I'll have a couple free hours Friday after 5pm. Thanks so much!

BreeBreehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11130126769332895773noreply@blogger.com
