January 18, 2012 - Thank Goodness for Having the Outside Inside

Brrr.... it was cold out there today. This weirdly warm winter has made me into a wuss, I can't even handle the 50's all of the sudden. So it was too cold to play outside today and Georgia has cabin fever after one day.

But if there's one more thing I can add to my "like" list about our new home, it's that so many of the homes around here have sunrooms. It's (almost) like being outdoors while you're indoors.

And when my little muse gets tired of all the pictures, which is happening more and more often these days, she hides.



It might be cold, but no snow for us. So my daughter will have to grow up with the same kind of snow-covered "trees" that I did as a child growing up in Florida...


Georgia and I also played around a little bit more today with my new photography "toy."

Her "smile" still makes me smile.
